We keep posting on craigslist searching for drummers. It seems like we might have a couple of prospects, so things are looking well. We're going to have to meet up with these people and see if they're nice. If they're not nice then they at least must be fucking cool. And if they're not cool they will never make it to stage three: the JAM session. Ah, the dreaded jam session. The one where the question "So, um, what songs do you know?" gets asked about a thousand times. I think we'll be alright though. We always are, mwahahaha.
In other news, We had our second day of rehearsal for the Yippie cafe show and the songs are sounding better and better. Those present at this show will be impressed. I bet you a dollar its true.

If we just surround ourselves with instruments, then...
First day of rehearsal went well. New life was breathed into "Eye to Eye" as it has never sounded so good when played live. also new one under the name "Golden Horses" is sounding tight even after the first day of it really getting any attention. going to post ad for drummer on craigslist but also going to try and work out some backing tracks for these songs. want to play show at a real rock venue really soon even if we don't find a drummer yet.
he/she has got to be serious and also good at what they do. and has to be ok with working with click/backing tracks. and preferably knows their way/could quickly learn their way around midi devices.
we'll see how it goes. at the very least backing tracks will be worked out soon. yes indeed.

New beginnings that ain't so new.
This will most likely be the main site for the band, as of right now. We will be posting on Myspace regularly, but it will be good to have this too.
First day of serious rehearsal with the band in its newest form.
We have an acoustic set to play this friday at the Yippie Cafe in manhattan. 9 Bleeker street. right off from where CBGB used to be. set time is at 9, and I believe the whole thing is free. but if not then it won't burn a hole in your pocket. at least not one that is too big.
switched the myspaces from the old A Million Years page to the old Favors For Favors page. to much time was spent on friending people to throw it all away. its all about communication, folks. talk to us. we like it.
